FLUSH MOUNT PAGES
Flush-mount pages have almost invisible gutters, allowing spreads to lie flat without large gaps or creases instead of bending toward the seam. The seam of these books are designed to never fray or fade. This functionality allows me to place images that span both pages, rather than being confined to designing each side separately. Hard pages resist bending and creasing to stand the test of time. Leather books have a cut page instead of a folding page with a seam, giving a very small gap between the pages rather than a continuous, attached spread.
